What is the Spanish PLF?

The Spanish PLF (Passenger Locator Form) is an online health declaration that must be filled out by every incoming visitor to Spain who wishes to enter the country by plane or ferry, including travelers staying in Spain for transit-related reasons. How to apply for the Spanish PLF (FCS)?

  • - address in your home country

  • - address of stay in Spain

  • - contact details (such as your phone number and email address)

  • - travel-related details, including your flight number, seat number, date of arrival, the purpose of the planned trip

  • - list of countries visited prior to arriving in Spain

  • - health-related details (e.g., if you have been in contact with any person infected with Covid-19

What happens after applying?
